Cancellation Window

Customers must cancel their reservation at least 24 hours prior to the start of the rental period to receive a full refund.

Refund Eligibility

Cancellations made within the 24-hour window before the rental start time are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 3-5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to cancel your reservation and do not show up for your scheduled rental, the reservation will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling Policy

If you would like to reschedule your reservation, you must contact us at least 24 hours before your rental begins. Rescheduling requests made within the 24-hour window will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional fees.

Weather Policy

Rentals will proceed as scheduled regardless of weather conditions unless the mountain is closed. If the mountain closes due to inclement weather, we will work with you to reschedule your rental or issue a refund.
