Aspen Ski Bike Cancellation Policy

​

At Aspen Ski Bike, our rentals are prepared in advance and our equipment is limited. Because of this, we enforce the following cancellation policy.

​

Cancellations & Refunds:

​

  • Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before the rental start time to be eligible for a refund, minus any non-refundable credit card processing and booking fees.

 

  • No refunds, credits, or changes are allowed within 48 hours of the rental start time. Once this window begins, your reservation is locked in and fully non-refundable.

​

Multi-Day Rentals:

 

  • Once delivery has been made, no refunds will be issued for early termination. Customers who end their rental early may continue using the equipment until the scheduled end of the rental period.

​

No-Shows:
 

  • f you fail to show up for your scheduled rental without notice, your booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund or credit will be issued.

​

Rescheduling:

 

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the rental start time. Requests made within 48 hours are not eligible for rescheduling, refund, or credit.

 

Weather Policy:

 

  • Rentals operate rain, snow, or shine. Refunds or rescheduling will only be offered if the ski resort is officially closed and lift operations are suspended

 

Damage Responsibility:

  • By completing a reservation, you agree to be financially responsible for any major damage to the ski bike or equipment during your rental. In the event of damage, Aspen Ski Bike is authorized to charge the card on file for repair or replacement costs.

  • Customers are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, lost equipment, or missing parts during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the payment method on file.

Equipment Return:

​

  • All equipment must be returned at the agreed-upon location and time unless otherwise arranged. Additional fees may apply for unreturned equipment, missed pickup appointments, or excessive delays.
