Aspen Ski Bike Cancellation Policy

At Aspen Ski Bike, our rentals are prepared in advance and our equipment is limited. Because of this, we enforce the following cancellation policy.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before the rental start time to be eligible for a refund, minus credit card processing and booking fees.

No refunds, credits, or changes are allowed within 48 hours of the rental start time. Once this window begins, your reservation is locked in and fully non-refundable.

Multi-Day Rentals:

Once delivery has been made, no refunds will be issued for early termination. Customers who end their rental early may continue using the equipment until the scheduled end of the rental period.

No-Shows:

f you fail to show up for your scheduled rental without notice, your booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund or credit will be issued.

Rescheduling:

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the rental start time. Requests made within 48 hours are not eligible for rescheduling, refund, or credit.
Weather Policy:

Rentals proceed as scheduled regardless of weather, unless the mountain is officially closed. If the mountain closes, you may reschedule or request a refund.
