Welcome to Aspen Ski Bike. By booking a rental, using our website, or renting equipment from Aspen Ski Bike, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility
Riders must be able to safely operate a SNO-GO ski bike. Riders under the age of 18 are welcome but must have a parent or legal guardian sign the required liability waiver before participating.
Reservations & Payment
All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. Reservations are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled rental start time for a refund, less applicable credit card processing and booking fees.
Cancellations, changes, or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the rental start time are not eligible for a refund, credit, or rescheduling.

Delivery & Pickup
Aspen Ski Bike provides slopeside delivery at participating ski resorts. Hotel, condominium, and vacation home delivery may also be available for an additional fee.
Customers are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting location at the scheduled time. Delays may impact delivery schedules and rental time.
Rider Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

Follow all posted resort rules and regulations.

Operate the equipment safely and responsibly.

Wear a properly fitted helmet at all times while riding.

Use snowboard boots that are compatible with the SNO-GO binding system.

Return all rented equipment in the same condition it was received, excluding normal wear and tear.
Customers are responsible for all equipment while it is in their possession.
Liability Waiver
Every rider is required to complete and sign Aspen Ski Bike's liability waiver before using any rental equipment. Riders under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the waiver on their behalf.
Failure to complete the required waiver will result in the cancellation of the rental without refund.
Equipment Damage, Loss & Theft
Customers are financially responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, lost equipment, or missing parts during the rental period.
Current replacement charges include:

Broken ski: $130

Lost drive belt: $50
Other damaged or missing components will be charged based on the cost of repair or replacement. By completing a reservation, you authorize Aspen Ski Bike to charge the payment method on file for applicable repair or replacement costs.
Weather
Rentals operate in most weather conditions. Refunds or rescheduling will only be offered if the ski resort is officially closed due to weather or other circumstances beyond the customer's control.
Limitation of Liability
Snow sports involve inherent risks, including serious injury or death. By renting equipment from Aspen Ski Bike, customers acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at their own risk.
Aspen Ski Bike shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, property damage, lost personal items, delays caused by weather, lift operations, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or rental services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Colorado.
