You approach the chairlift just like you would on skis or a snowboard.As the chair comes in, place your feet on the outside of the bike, sit down first, and let the chair scoop underneath the SNO-GO chairlift hook. The bike will lift smoothly and sit securely between your legs during the ride up.If it’s your first time riding a SNO-GO, we recommend not loading with a completely full chair so you have a little extra room. You can also ask the lift attendant to slow the lift down if you’re feeling nervous. Snowboarding boots are highly recommended. SNO-GO bikes are designed to work best with snowboarding boots and provide the most control, comfort, and security while riding.You can get away with a good pair of winter boots, but they are more likely to slip out and won’t feel as stable as snowboard boots.Ski boots are not allowed and will not work with SNO-GO bikes.

We offer two pickup options: standard delivery and vacation rental delivery. With vacation rental delivery, we bring the SNO-GO directly to where you’re staying, either the night before or the day of your rental. With standard delivery, pickup locations are on the mountain at each resort, typically near the main lift area. In many cases, bikes are securely locked with a combination bike lock and waiting for you when you arrive.

Yes! SNO-GO bikes fit inside gondolas and are designed to be transported up the mountain. When loading, keep the bike standing vertically (straight up and down) as you enter the gondola. Once inside, slide the rear skis underneath the bench and lean the front ski gently against the gondola wall to keep the bike secure during the ride.If you're unsure how to load your SNO-GO or need an extra hand, don't worry. Lift attendants are familiar with SNO-GOs and are happy to assist you with loading or slow the gondola down to make boarding easier. Aspen Ski Bike Cancellation Policy ​ At Aspen Ski Bike, our rentals are prepared in advance and our equipment is limited. Because of this, we enforce the following cancellation policy. ​ Cancellations & Refunds: ​ Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before the rental start time to be eligible for a refund, minus credit card processing and booking fees. No refunds, credits, or changes are allowed within 48 hours of the rental start time. Once this window begins, your reservation is locked in and fully non-refundable. ​ Multi-Day Rentals: Once delivery has been made, no refunds will be issued for early termination. Customers who end their rental early may continue using the equipment until the scheduled end of the rental period. ​ No-Shows: f you fail to show up for your scheduled rental without notice, your booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund or credit will be issued. ​ Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the rental start time. Requests made within 48 hours are not eligible for rescheduling, refund, or credit. Weather Policy: Rentals proceed as scheduled regardless of weather, unless the mountain is officially closed.
